As your Independent Broker, we’ll be there for you in the event of a claim to advise you and assist you in dealing with the insurance company. We encourage you to contact our office first with the details and discuss your situation with one of our brokers directly.

In the unfortunate event of a claim, please report it to our office as soon as possible.

  • We will report the claim to the insurance company.
  • The insurance company then assigns a case file adjuster and takes over the handling of the claim.
  • The adjuster will contact you to evaluate the loss, discuss your coverage, and arrange to get your claim settled as quickly as possible. They will also keep you informed of the progress of the claim.
  • If at anytime you have concerns regarding the handling of your claim, please contact our office directly so that we may address the issues in a timely manner.
